Included in the registration fee: Congress material, access to all relevant meeting sessions, coffee/tea during breaks, lunches where applicable according to meeting, Poster Session and Conference Dinner.

Way of Payment

• All payments are on-line credit card payments.
• Accepted credit cards are: VISA and MasterCard.
• On-line payments are guaranteed through secured site.
• Please note that there is an additional cost of 35 EUR for payment via invoice.

Cancellation policy

• Notification of cancellation should be sent to Sena, DPN2025@sena.is.
• Cancellation made before June 10, 2025 will be charged a service fee of ISK 12.000.
• For cancellations made after June 10, 2025, we regret that no refunds of registration fee can be made.
• The organizers cannot be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange rate fluctuations.
